Every massage is different, just like every body is. You are at the centre of the treatment, and your needs will adapt and change from one massage to the next.
Treatments can be focused on specific areas where there may be discomfort or tension, or full body, allowing you to rest, and reconnect with yourself. Using a range of techniques to support your individual needs, including focussed, deeper work on the muscles that need it, and techniques for stress relief, helping you to switch off and truly rest.
We will discuss how you want your massage to support you, and develop a treatment plan together.

A form of bodywork that brings in much more movement than massage. Still focussing on rest and relaxation, stretches help contracted muscles to relax, improving range of motion, and reducing aches and pains. Much of the time when we are performing stretches, some of our muscles are still switched ‘on’, however with assisted stretches, the idea is for you to let go as much as possible, in order for your muscles to relax and lengthen.
Great if you want to feel looser and lighter, if you know you could benefit from stretching more than you do at the moment, or even if you like the idea of a massage, but actually find being still makes it harder for you to switch off. Sometimes our bodies are calling out for a bit more movement.
Please wear comfortable and flexible clothing, similar to what you may wear for a yoga or fitness class, or relaxing at home. Stretch therapy involves quite a lot of movement, I would suggest nothing too loose that may be revealing! The most important thing is that you remain comfortable.

The most massage-y facial ever. Using a gua sha and facial cups, it is great for melting away any tension you may unknowingly be holding in your jaw, forehead, and around your eyes, while engaging with facial acupressure points means the treatment is restorative for your whole body. You’ll be glowing from the inside out, feeling lifted, refreshed, and deeply rested.
Starting with a double cleanse, followed by a bespoke facial oil that is tailored to your skin’s needs, then finishing with a moisturiser or SPF. All the products are natural, gentle, and great for your skin. Generally, we incorporate some neck and head massage too. Also available as an add-on to your massage. Almost everyone falls asleep.

Different treatment options are not there to be limiting, but to help you book a treatment that speaks to you.
If there is a specific thing you are looking for massage therapy to help support you with, you may want to get in touch with me ahead of booking to see what I suggest. Most commonly, a blend of different approaches is the best way to support you.
My approach is truly holistic, meaning I will always give the most appropriate treatment to support you, rather than by following a treatment list. I commonly bring in facial acupressure points in holistic massage sessions to support stress relief, or include some neck stretches and massage during a facial, for someone who is experiencing tightness.
If you are unsure of what treatment is best suited to your needs, you are welcome to contact me to ask, or book whichever treatment feels appropriate and we can adapt and change from there, during your consultation.
